The Twist

Some risks are worth taking,
Some mistakes are worth making,
There is no room for regret,
Wasted is the ash,
Of a cigarette.
The guilt earned,
When duly lived,
Shouldn’t be made,
Into A living.
If you enjoy comfortable swings,
The thirst for adventure,
Is non-existent.
Without the thrill
You really live
Nowhere
But
Behind a grill.
Don’t settle for all swift,
For then you will miss the twist.
The turn that will define you,
The process will refine you.
Just jump from that edge of the hill
You may or may not survive,
But neither can you live
Without that kill
